🔄 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
  • Product should be in the same condition as delivered

📌 Note: Returns will only be accepted after verification by our support team.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Products without original packaging or seal

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed
  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method only

📌 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


🔁 Replacement / Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos (mandatory) as proof
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund

🚚 Return Pickup

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup where available
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
  • Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team
