🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Product should be in the same condition as delivered
📌 Note: Returns will only be accepted after verification by our support team.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Products without original packaging or seal
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be refunded to the original payment method only
📌 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🔁 Replacement / Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Inform us within 12 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos (mandatory) as proof
- After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund
🚚 Return Pickup
- We may arrange a reverse pickup where available
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
- Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team
