Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Please note our shipping policies as below –

• A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed, processed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

• However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays. Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm IST is processed the next business day. All packages are delivered subject to Logistics partner’s working days and schedule.

• Our standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days for delivery after the processing period/ order is dispatched from our warehouse. Northeastern, J&K, ANN region may take more 5 days in addition.
